Neohumanist Educational Activities for Children

By Citrá Trần Thúy Ngọc

Play and learn in yoga-based sensory integration activities is our maxim to transfer neohumanist ideals to children. Through various events such as International Yoga Day, International Children’s Day, Vietnam Family Day, Summer Camp, Mid-Autumn Festival etc. we have experimented with how to create the Circle of Love with children and their parents in a non-academic way. Storytelling, singing, brain gym exercises, asanas, creative art, games, free shops for the needy etc. have stirred up the community spirit.

Constructing the Meditation Hall

Further developments took place in the construction of the Meditation Hall: setting up the main structure. Volunteers from different countries took part in the construction work, putting cypress columns in place which are now ready for the reciprocal roof. The collective efforts of the team make such a big task become a piece of the whole. When it is complete, the Meditation Hall will be the gathering point of Campo Divino, a place where spiritual practices and community encounters will melt into one.

Un Día Especial

This special day at Campo Divino was full of people from all walks of life. My husband, Connor, and I, from California, volunteering and seeking new ways of living. Lilly, from Germany, who is navigating her own journey in connection to Campo Divino. A family from Buenos Aires who arrived unexpectedly to visit Kuntur after many, many years. A husband and father, experiencing a challenging illness, accompanied by his wife, aunt, and young daughter. And lastly, our gracious host Kuntur, the connecting link to all of these people and Campo Divino. Of course the babies (animals) were also all present to join in the collective experience. How did all these beautiful people end up sharing such a powerful and moving day together? How can one place foster such growth and love in so many people? You saw this love with the three young children, becoming friends immediately as they traversed the rocks together in the river, barefoot and carefree. You saw this love during lunch as the awe and amazement at the vegetables from the garden and the rich flavors of the food grew and grew around the table. And you saw this love with the tears shared by many from the powerful words and collective singing of "Bábá Nám Kevalam" - Todo es amor, Everything is love. It seems that people find themselves here at Campo Divino unintentionally yet are drawn to its spirit. They may not realize they are seeking something, yet Campo Divino graciously offers its answers and support. There is hope, connection, and love embedded in everything here...so the people come. -Abby Zanoni

First Neighborly Encounter with Maria

On 17th of July 2025, Campo Divino hosted an encounter of 5 people of different ages, from different continents and of different education, as we invited our dear neighbour Maria to give a talk. Our requests and thirst for knowledge went into topics like health, radiation, migration and evolution. And finally, the most personal question and a beautiful sharing arose: what's your life's purpose? Well-fitting to Maria's own purpose, she continued communicating on her most dear topic of health and great research on ancient cultures' lifestyles, especially talking about her practical implementation and experiences of sickness, healing and natural remedies. We are beyond grateful for that first day spent together and plan on sharing more time and work in the future.
