LAUNCHING AN EDUCATIVE CAMPAIGN
By Citrá Trần Thúy Ngọc
September is a hectic month for us here in Ananda Marga Saigon because of the new school year together with a lot of memorial celebrations: Krsna’s Birthday, Gurukul Divas, Kaoshikii Day, Prabhat Samgiita Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Inauguration of Master Unit Ananda Uma’s new facilities etc. In addition to domestic activities for these days, we have also joined long-term international educative programs such as the African Reality Course organized by Amandla Samaj & Prout Brazil, Yoga of Emotion Study Circle by Amurt Indonesia, Gurukula Gathering by NHCA, Prabhat Samgiita International Translation by Prof. Ayesha of University of Massachusetts, Boston, supporting Sunshine School in Laos, editing AMAYE Manual of Asanas etc. We have tried to break the language barrier by setting up a team of translators working with Shrii P. R. Sarkar’s works for publication. The aims of our campaign are to educate the general population about Ananda Marga ideology and the value of cooperation; to foster a sense of professionalism through international courses; and to gain a rough understanding of Prout world government. It seems that we have no time to rest until we have reached our goal! A journey both arduous and enjoyable!

Singaraja Bali –
Saiwa Dharma School
The children of the Saiwa Dharma School gave a performance at the regent’s office to welcome the city’s birthday. This included a drama that tells the story of how this earth is very beautiful and the air is refreshing, but because of human actions the earth has become sick and can no longer produce oxygen which makes this earth hot. This is due to humans exploiting it by cutting down trees on a large scale. “We will all take care of this earth so we can live in peace”. This issue’s cover photo is from this school.
